How long does the subscription last?
The subscription plan requires a minimum commitment of 6 months, after which it continues on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel anytime after the initial 6 months. However, if you cancel, you will no longer have access to the site (otherwise, everyone would cancel and we'd go out of business!).
What happens if I cancel after the 6 months minimum and want to come back?
You just have to sign a new 6 month contract.
What do you use to take payment and what payment methods do you accept?
We send email invoices through Wave Invoicing, which includes a secure link for entering payment information. Subscriptions can be paid using a credit or debit card, and we accept all major credit cards. For lump-sum projects, payments are made via ACH bank transfer to reduce processing fees. Please note, we do not accept checks or money orders.
What happens if I cancel before the 6 months is over?
If you cancel within the first 6 months, you'll be responsible for paying the full site cost of $2999, minus any payments you've already made. We value building long-term relationships with our clients and seek to work with those who share the same commitment.
Are there refunds?
When to sign a contract either lump sum or subscription, if we cannot design something you are 100% happy with and no longer want to move forward then we will refund whatever you paid to get started. If we do end up moving forward with building the site, there are no refunds after that point. From then on, refunds are at our discretion.
So what’s the difference between lump sum and subscription?
The key difference lies in long-term versus short-term costs. With the subscription plan, you'll pay more over time, but in small, manageable monthly payments. The lump sum option allows you to cover everything upfront, saving more in the long run since the design and development are paid for at the start. When choosing between packages, consider your cash flow and your short-term versus long-term goals. If you prefer not to make a large upfront payment and value ongoing service, the monthly plan is ideal. However, if you don’t need continuous service and want to save money over time, paying upfront is the better choice.
How long does the process take from start to finish?
We typically complete a website within 2-4 weeks, depending on how quickly clients provide content and images. In some cases, it can take as little as 2 weeks, while other times it may extend to 3.
